IKLG CHAIRMAN; APPLAUDS OGLGSC IN THE FORTHCOMING SERVICE WEEK.

As part of the activities to commemorate the Local Government Service Week, the Executive Chairman, Ikenne Local Government, Hon. Olusegun Ogunleye has commended the Ogun State Local Government Service Commission under the leadership of Ms. Olubukunola Onabanjo for her unrelenting efforts and motherly role in saddling the boat of the Local Government Service Commission and boosting the morale of the entire workforce in all the twenty (20) Local Governments.

Hon. Olusegun encouraged members of staff to put more effort in discharging their duties diligently and he stated further that, the forthcoming event tagged " Renewed Local Government Service" slated for Friday, 10th - Thursday 16th November, 2023 will be the first of its kind in the history of the Local Government Service.

However, he implored the staff of Ikenne Local Government to embrace this Local Government Service Week and participate fully for the purpose of excellent performance and to come out with award of excellence.

Furthermore, the one week programmes has been scheduled as follows:

Friday, 10th November, 2023 - 7:45am LGSC features on a New dawn
Programme on OGTV (1:pm)
Jummat Service at Federal Secretariat Mosque, Oke Mosan.

Sunday 12th November, 2023 - 10a.m Thanksgiving Service at St. Sebastian Catholic Church Bonojo, Ijebu Ode.

Monday 13th November, 2023 - 10a.m Medical Outreach/ Charity Programme at Family Health Centre Oke Ilewo Abeokuta, Leslie Health Centre Ilaro, Italapo Health Centre Ijebu Ode , Makun Health Centre Sagamu.

Tuesday 14th November, 2023 - 10 a.m Public Lecture at Oba's Complex Governor 's Office Oke Mosan, Abeokuta.

 Wednesday 15th November, 2023 - 9a.m Road Show from Oke Mosan to Abeokuta South Local Government back to LGSC.

2p.m Novelty Match between male and female political functionaries Vs male and female carrier staff at MKO Abiola International Stadium , Kuto Abeokuta.

Thursday 16th November, 2023 - 12p.m Red Carpet at DLG Event Centre Abiola way Abeokuta.

2p.m Gala Night/ Award of Excellence at DLK Event Centre Abiola way, Abeokuta.
